Vatican Synodal Reports Assaults Holy Scripture – Bishop Strickland: The Vatican’s report by the synodal group on homosexuality “is deeply alarming and stands in direct contradiction to the constant teaching of the Catholic Church”, writes Bishop Joseph Strickland: “To suggest that the sin does not consist in the same-sex relationship itself is not merely confusing language. It is a direct assault upon Catholic moral doctrine and upon the words of Scripture itself.” Monsignor Strickland adds that this atmosphere of doctrinal instability is part of the reason why the Priestly Fraternity of St. Pius X argues that extraordinary measures are necessary in our time.
The destruction of doctrine under the language of “discernment,” “listening,” & “lived experience” is one of the gravest spiritual dangers of our time. Truth is not determined by experience. Truth is revealed by God An Emergency in the Church - Pillars of Faith
Islamists attacked the parish of St. Louis de Montfort in Meza, Cabo Delgado, northern Mozambique, on April 30. According to Aid to the Church in Need (ACN), militants entered the parish in the afternoon and destroyed the church, parish offices, missionaries’ residence, and kindergarten. Buildings were set on fire and the historic church was reduced to rubble. The parish was founded in 1946 and was one of the main Catholic landmarks in the region. Bishop António Juliasse of Pemba said civilians were captured and forced to listen to speeches during the attack. The Cameroonian missionaries serving the parish were not present when the attackers arrived and were unharmed. There were no confirmed deaths during the April 30 attack. The insurgency in Cabo Delgado has continued since 2017 and has caused thousands of deaths and displaced more than one million people. Church officials say at least 118 churches and chapels have been destroyed during the conflict. Picture: ACN, #newsQveepjzxvl

The Archdiocese of Bombay has reportedly permitted the diocesan celebration of the Traditional Latin Mass on "an experimental basis". The Archdiocese has been led by Archbishop John Rodrigues since 25 January 2025, succeeding pro-homosexual Cardinal Oswald Gracias.

Synod.va published on May 5 the final report of Study Group number 7 on the selection of bishops: “In the selection of a bishop, it is necessary to consider, among other qualities, his ‘synodal competencies’.” (page 3) At least, the document also mentions Catholic criteria: “Among the qualities sought in a bishop are moral integrity, doctrinal orthodoxy, pastoral sensitivity, leadership ability, and the capacity to administer the Church’s goods.” (page 3) The main idea of the report is expanding lay influence in bishop selection: “The cathedral chapter… finance council… lay council… youth and the poor should also be convened.” (page 4) The report proposes that, when a diocese is vacant, a committee be established to work with the Apostolic Nuncio, consisting of priests, consecrated religious, and laypersons. (page 5) Informants should include women, youth, academics, ecclesial movement members, the poor, marginalized persons, and representatives of Indigenous or minority communities. …بیہ
Today, Synod.va published the final report from Study Group 9 on theological criteria and synodal methodologies for discerning doctrinal, pastoral, and ethical questions. It is de facto on homosexuality. The report rejects the term “controversial” and says such matters should be treated as “emerging” issues (page 6). Repeatedly, it speaks of an alleged “paradigm shift” in how the Church interprets the teaching: “The commitment to practising the synodal nature of the Church implies the implementation of a ‘paradigm shift.’” (page 8) The final report even analogizes present ecclesial disputes to the Jerusalem Council’s overturning of circumcision requirements. It demands that synodal outcomes should not be predetermined by “pre-established formulas.” And: “The Church’s mission is not a matter of abstractly proclaiming and deductively applying principles...” (page 9) The final report invents “the stability of a healthy affective relationship” in homosexual contexts as a positive …بیہ
@Chung Clement Jaeho Ave brother! I share your frustration but we must always see God's will in these things and trust in His Divine Providence! I just posted an article on the Russia/Sino communist takeover of Africa and I can't believe the comments! Maybe you should check them out! God bless you!
@Jeffrey Ade"Dear Brother Jeffrey, I hope you’ve been doing well. As I mentioned before, I’ve been staying away from this place because I’m frankly disillusioned. There are just too many fools here who claim to be 'Traditional Catholics' yet offer blind support to Trump, J.D. Vance, and the current GOP. Still, I sincerely wish for your peace and well-being. Thank you so much for sharing such excellent material. It’s incredibly refreshing to see a clear critique—not just of the hypocrisy of 'Trad Inc.', but also of those so-called Traditional Catholics who blindly follow these politicians. I honestly don’t understand how anyone can call people like Trump, J.D. Vance, or Marco Rubio 'devout believers' or 'protectors of the Christian community.' As you may have heard, a French nun was recently assaulted in Jerusalem. Beyond that, while radical Zionists brutally oppress Christian communities in Israel, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, and Armenia, has Trump, Vance, or Rubio ever raised a …بیہ
Selected quotes from the book A Wider View of the Second Vatican Council by Archimandrite Boniface Luykx. Republished in English by Angelico Press, Brooklyn, NY, 2025. Archimandrite Boniface Luykx (1915–2004) was a Belgian Premonstratensian canon regular, professor, and liturgical scholar. In the 1940s and 1950s he was among the leading figures of the Catholic liturgical movement and taught for many years at the University of Notre Dame’s Summer School of Liturgy. From 1960 to 1971 he served as a missionary in Africa, where he founded the Monastère de l’Assomption and taught at Lovanium University in Kinshasa, Zaire (now the Democratic Republic of the Congo). Beginning in 1959, he was a member of the Preparatory Commission for the Liturgy and later served as a liturgical consultant and expert (peritus) at the Second Vatican Council, as well as one of the authors of the Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy (Sacrosanctum Concilium). After the Council, he became a member of the Consilium …بیہ

While a statement is circulating that the family was not denied communion because “they weren’t noticed,” an official statement from the pastor appears to indicate that they were deliberately ignored because they weren’t at a “Communion station.” From the pastor, Father Coleman, posted 1 May 2026: “Dear Our Lady of Grace community, I want to address false posts on social media suggesting the denial of Holy Communion to a family kneeling at our altar rail during a Confirmation Mass on Tuesday. The assertion that Bishop Martin refused them Communion is fabricated, as the bishop did not even participate in the distribution of Holy Communion. In fact, Bishop Martin was gracious enough to join us to celebrate and confirm 34 young people in their faith. I (as pastor) and three other priests handled the distribution of Communion to more than 300 people who attended, some of whom knelt at any one of our Communion stations. None were denied. One family walked past our Communion stations and …بیہ
On 27 April, Leo XIV’s liturgical vestment designer, Filippo Sorcinelli, spoke to DailyMail.co.uk about the papal liturgical wardrobe. Sorcinelli is a homosexual who uses imagery of sadomasochism in his work as a perfumer. He works with the Vatican's liturgical office to design vestments, not directly with Leo XIV. He said that the Pope does not stage spectacles: "Each visual choice contributes to building a language of reliability, balance and quiet authority." The means of communication are fabrics, colours and shapes. "Every detail is designed to support the Pope’s role, not draw attention away from it." Leo XIV has leaned into classic papal tailoring, reinstating details such as cufflinks and structured vestments that emphasise form and precision. Sorcinelli has never perceived a conflict between his faith and his vice: "I have never viewed faith and homosexuality as adversaries, but rather as a creative tension that fuels my work." He added that his experience within the Church …بیہ
This explains why Leo's Papal Vestments are so horrible.....they look like rags that should be thrown in the garbage. Especially those short abhorrent German-style Mitres, which look like they're made of cardboard with cheap trim glued on.
Rev Gerardo Saco resigned from his appointment as Bishop of the Diocese of Tagbilaran in the Philippines. Pope Leo XIV appointed Rev. Saco on 25 March 2026, with the episcopal ordination scheduled for 26 May. On 5 May, Cebu Archbishop Alberto Uy announced that Leo XIV had accepted Rev Saco’s resignation. Rev Saco suddenly discovered a “change of heart” and “human limitations and inadequacies”. However, it is more likely that there is an undisclosed issue behind this decision. Choosing Bishops with Hidden Scandals Declining after papal appointment and before ordination used to be very rare in the Church. It has increased in the past decade as a side effect of deliberately appointing compromised or unsuitable candidates. In Argentina alone, Francis appointed three priests as bishops who then resigned from the episcopal consecration weeks later. Bishop Pascalis Syukur, who was reportedly in a romantic relationship with a woman and had fathered two children, accepted Pope Francis’s …بیہ
A letter in today's Irish Times claims that 'most Catholics' support women's ordination The letter writer claims that it should be 'the headline issue at the National Synodal Assembly of Ireland on October 17th, 2026'
So, what! The laity have no voice at all in changing dogma and traditional practices of the Catholic Church. Wrong is wrong even though everyone is doing it, and right is right even if no one is doing it.
On 29 April, the Canadian homosexual activist Jake Tucker, 39, was found guilty of multiple sex-trafficking and assault-related charges following a trial in Barrie, Ontario. Tucker is in a homosexual "marriage" and produced/bought a baby girl via surrogacy. In the past, he has organised homosexual events, drag nights, flag raising, and other local activist initiatives. According to prosecutors, Tucker recruited, controlled and exploited two women for several years, arranging their prostitution and taking a share of the profits. He also used coercion, violence and drugs to maintain control. The case began in 2022, when a woman reported to the police that Tucker had trafficked her for years. Investigators later identified a second alleged victim who made similar claims. After the verdict, Tucker denied the allegations and said he plans to appeal, arguing that the women were lying and that the police investigation was flawed. He is expected to return to court for sentencing and could face …بیہ
